Perdis Hotel
Yenagoa, Bayelsa State
Perdis Hotel in Yenagoa needed guests to move between floors and into their rooms without fuss. We installed a 630 kg machine-room-less passenger lift with a premium cabin, remote monitoring and an automatic rescue device. We then fitted 116 guest rooms with smart locks and energy saver switches and issued 300 access cards, so the hotel controls room access from reception and stops paying to power empty rooms.

We installed a 1000 kg machine-room-less lift at Capitol Hill Hospital, Warri in 2020, sized for patients and hospital equipment, with an automatic rescue device for power cuts. It is still in daily service.
