Binateks Technical Solutions Ltd ("Binateks", "we") collects and uses personal information in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. This notice explains what we collect through binatekstsl.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you use our quote or contact forms, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if given), organisation (if given) and the project details you enter, such as building type, location, number of floors and timing. If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and messages.
Why we use it
We use this information to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange site visits and deliver the work you ask for. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Our website is hosted by DreamHost, and form submissions are delivered to our team by email. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta). Our contact page shows an embedded Google Map. These providers may store data on servers outside Nigeria. We share your details with a manufacturer or supplier only when needed to quote or deliver your project.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, and project records for as long as needed to meet our contractual, warranty and legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can also withdraw consent at any time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
